Creand Summer Innovation Challenge
The Creand Summer Innovation Challenge is an annual programme that invites the Group’s interns to put their talent into practice. Throughout the summer, they work on a real innovation challenge that allows them to experiment with new methodologies, develop entrepreneurial skills and contribute impactful ideas.
The challenges that make us grow
Each edition of the Creand Summer Innovation Challenge presents a real challenge linked to the transformation of the sector and the organisation itself. Across the three editions held so far, students have worked on strengthening employee belonging, designing a fintech to compete with Andorran banks, and imagining the future office designed to attract younger generations.
How it works
The programme begins with a welcome hackathon, where the challenge is presented and participants are introduced to design thinking methodologies. Voluntary registration for the Challenge then opens: the teams work over the summer on a proposed solution while continuing their internships at the bank. Internal mentors guide and train them throughout the process until the final presentation of their ideas.
Participation requirements
To apply for the Creand Summer Innovation Challenge, candidates must be student interns within the Creand Group. To meet this requirement, applicants must be Andorran or residents of Andorra and be currently enrolled in higher education studies.
The deadline to submit applications is April 30, 2026.
