Beginning of the Acceleration programme for Andorran start-ups promoted by Andorra Business and Creand

Andorra Business and Creand Crèdit Andorrà launched on Tuesday the first edition of the Enlaira programme, an acceleration initiative aimed at Andorran start-ups with potential for growth and consolidation.

The project offers strategic support, specialised mentoring and access to a broad network of contacts within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Valued at €12,000, including a direct financial contribution of €5,000 from Creand, the programme seeks to strengthen innovation and competitiveness within the country’s business community.

The opening session welcomed the selected companies and featured a group workshop focused on preventing professional burnout. The activity emphasised the well-being of founding teams and provided tools to manage pressure and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

A panel of experts selected three start-ups from among 15 applicants to take part: 4Mediks, which has developed an antimicrobial product using botanical ingredients; Elevadoos, which runs an educational programme teaching financial skills to children and young people; and Agro Biomaterials, which transforms local organic waste into sustainable bioplastics.

With this launch, Andorra Business and Creand reaffirm their commitment to the country’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and take a further step towards creating an environment that enables emerging initiatives to grow and compete internationally.
