Enlaira is the acceleration programme run by Andorra Business and Creand. It promotes entrepreneurship in the country through personalised mentoring, financial support, visibility and access to strategic events. Its goal is to help Andorran start-ups grow and connect with the business ecosystem.

Enlaira is fully co-financed by Andorra Business and Creand. Its estimated real value is around €12,000 per start-up, taking into account the resources, services and mentoring provided.

After an initial onboarding and analysis phase, each start-up receives a personalised plan that combines individual and group sessions to support its growth.
The one-to-one mentoring sessions cover areas such as finance, strategy, sales and technological development. These are complemented by shared training sessions and participation in high-value events such as the Andorra Business Market or exclusive gatherings organised by Creand.
Participation requirements
The Enlaira programme is designed for early-stage start-ups that want to consolidate their project and grow from Andorra. To ensure participants gain the maximum benefit from the programme, a few minimum criteria must be met:
Be legally established in Andorra (or in the process of being established)
Have an annual turnover of less than €150,000
Have at least one full-time team member during the programme
Be up to date with tax and CASS obligations
Enlaira’s Second Cohort: Five Startups in Acceleration
Enlaira’s second cohort, currently participating in the acceleration program, consists of five startups selected to continue driving entrepreneurship in Andorra. These companies are receiving specialized support and resources to boost their growth, further strengthening Enlaira’s role as a benchmark in the country’s innovation ecosystem.
Pikel
Pikel is a mobile app to find, compare, and book services quickly and easily. It includes categories such as cleaning, maintenance, classes, or pet care, with validated professionals. The platform offers real-time availability, booking system, and secure payment, centralizing the entire service contracting process.
Amb Tu
Modular AI-based suite for executing communication processes: ConvHi Meet: voice agents that lead demos, onboarding, and live sessions. RemarK: platform for managing, activating, and optimizing leads and omnichannel operations. Live Translation: real-time translation for global communication. All integrated with existing CRM and digital ecosystems.
Olively
Olively develops and markets premium natural cosmetics formulated with high-quality vegetable oils and botanical actives. The range includes facial serums, balms, wellness products, and soon hair oils. All products are formulated and produced in their own laboratory in Andorra, following European regulations.
Swarm
Rapid response system with autonomous drones for avalanches at ski resorts. The drones deploy automatically, locate victims using artificial intelligence, and send information to rescue teams, integrating with existing protocols.
Conchi.ai
Virtual assistant for pharmacies that automates frequent inquiries (prices, stock, orders) via WhatsApp. It escalates automatically for clinical cases or when requested by the user. Installed in each pharmacy, it includes a panel to manage orders and conversations.
Enlaira Cohort 2025
The first Enlaira cohort marked the starting point of the program and laid the foundations for what is now a growing initiative within Andorra’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Three startups were selected in this inaugural edition to receive support and tailored guidance, becoming the first to take off with Enlaira’s impulse toward growth.
